Evening menu

At Villa Vest the evening menu does not only change with the seasons. Today's supply of fresh ingredients dictates what it will be, but we always guarantee:

- Best quality fresh fish found at the fish auction in Hirtshals the same morning.

- World-class seafood and always freshly caught in Denmark.

- The best meat the kitchen has to offer - usually from own breeding

- In terms of dessert, we give free rein to the chef's imagination. Always with a sour or perspective twist that plays with the taste buds

The dishes marked in bold on the Big Evening Menu can be selected for the 3 dishes. 

In case of allergies and special considerations, please inform us before arrival. 
It is not possible to accommodate all eating habits, diets and extensive allergies

* The Large Evening Menu is served only to the entire table. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
