Evening menu

At Villa Vest the evening menu does not only change with the seasons. Today's supply of fresh ingredients dictates what it will be, but we always guarantee:

- Best quality fresh fish found at the fish auction in Hirtshals the same morning.

- World-class seafood and always freshly caught in Denmark.

– The best meat the kitchen has to offer

- In terms of dessert, we give free rein to the chef's imagination. Always with a sour or perspective twist that plays with the taste buds

Kingfish from Hanstholm – nobilis

– Salmon from Skagen – white asparagus – herbs 
– Grilled pork – mushroom fricassee – sauce with red currants and juniper berries 
– Caramelized yogurt – rhubarb 

Menu 2
Served: 29/3, 2/4, 5/4, 9/4, 14/4, 17/4, 22/4, 25/4
Veal tartar – chicken broth emulsion and toasted yeast 
– Cockerel – pak choi – clam sauce 
– Apple macaron – cream – wheat kernels 

Menu 3
Served: 31/3, 3/4, 7/4, 10/4, 15/4, 18/4, 23/4
Tusk – Jerusalem artichoke – fish bisque 
– Chicken from Nørre Lyngby – Rhubarb/cucumber salad 
– Caramel panna cotta – quince

Choice of extra dish from large menu – marked in bold DKK 200/250 per dish

Children's menu 2 courses (max. 12 years) DKK 300

In the case of allergies and special considerations, this must be disclosed before arrival.
It is not possible to accommodate all eating habits, diets and extensive allergies
For changes according to the above, a fee of 100,- for the 3-course evening menu and 150,- for the Large Evening Menu will be added.
