Evening menu

At Villa Vest the evening menu does not only change with the seasons. Today's supply of fresh ingredients dictates what it will be, but we always guarantee:

- Best quality fresh fish found at the fish auction in Hirtshals the same morning.

- World-class seafood and always freshly caught in Denmark.

- The best meat the kitchen has to offer - usually from own breeding

- In terms of dessert, we give free rein to the chef's imagination. Always with a sour or perspective twist that plays with the taste buds

Oysters from Venø – multi-fruit juice

Hamachi from Hanstholm - gooseberries from last year

Asparagus "en papilotte" - roe

- Smoked trout and rich butter sauce
- Own lamb, herbs, seeds, lemon
- The first rhubarb and organic fresh cheese

- White fish with miso and kale
- Grilled Rakkeby pig with organic hay cheese and baked roots
- Apples from last year's harvest, creme fraiche and moscovado

Menu 3
- Tartar of Danish veal, marrow and mustard
- Today's catch with mussels from the Limfjord and asparagus

EASTER STAY AT VILLA VEST

On Friday 31 March 2023, we open again for a new and exciting season!
