With the sea as our neighbour, we have given up on letting the food compete with the spectacle that takes place outside our windows. So we let the view and the food compliment each other instead. Our chefs have neither stars nor reviews in mind when preparing the food for our guests. Instead, we go to great lengths to create a complete experience where taste, scent, light, expression and view merge into a sensual unity.
