Courses and meetings at Villa Vest

It is now possible to hold a meeting or course at Villa Vest Badehotel, on weekdays outside the high season.

We have integrated in the new wing 2 course rooms, with really good acoustics, interactive screens and what else is needed to hold a
well-organized meeting or course in a quiet environment.

For a larger event, it can be opened up between the 2 rooms, so they become a large space. There is room for approx. 10 people in each room.

It is possible to hold a day course or a course day where you stay overnight. Both solutions will include the following:

• Breakfast in the breakfast room at Badehotellet
• Coffee / tea, ice water and fresh fruit ad libitum in the course room throughout the day
• Breakfast is delivered to Badehotellet from Restaurant Villa Vest, where it is enjoyed at Badehotellet in Morgenstuen
• If time allows, you can choose to go down to the restaurant to have lunch and thus get some fresh air at the same time. In that case, there is the option of a 2 or 3 course lunch menu.
• Afternoon coffee with home baking in the course room.
• Dinner at Restaurant Villa Vest, will typically be for those who also spend the night, but it is of course also possible to have dinner at the Restaurant, after a day course. Here you can choose between the 3-course evening menu, possibly. with the purchase of extra dishes, or The large evening menu.
• Accommodation in a double room as a single room for all participants, with either a washbasin or a bath. We have 10 rooms with bath and 10 rooms with sink.
• Breakfast the next day, for all overnight participants.

It is also possible with a meeting or course over several consecutive days.
